There will also be opportunity to learn about plants and plant your own seeds to take home!

Scouts will lead a flag ceremony and the pledge of allegiance, and then are invited to optionally stay for ceremonies and fun activities to follow - more info here.
Participation is completely optional. Our Pack 40 Ranking Up ceremony is the same day at 2pm, and we hope all Scouts can attend that. Doing both will likely be a lot. If you need to choose one, I’d encourage prioritizing Ranking Up because that is an important milestone for the Scouts.
Please let Diane know if your Scout is interested in attending the Army Labs event.
